This was a really enjoyable experience. We tasted 2 olive oils accompanied by feta, bread, tomatoes, and a dried beef. We also had some raki… Hope i spelled that right. It was like a grape liquor. Very good and super smooth!
Go here! Do not miss out. This is one of the best bars on the island. Everyone is super nice. The drinks are amazing. The atmosphere is relaxed. Once we found this underground hidden gem we were there every day.
Great little cocktail bar just off the Main Street in Fira! Cocktails are super unique but delicious, and the owner is so lovely.

I did the olive oil & honey tasting listed on their website. Statis is truly an expert and makes you feel at home in his bar. The accompaniments to the olive oil (feta, cherry tomatoes, olives, etc) were the best quality from the region. As a vegetarian, I didn’t have to worry about lack of options, there were plenty! I didn’t know just how much there is to learn about olive oil and honey. Absolutely worth every penny!
