Decided to try the upmarket Sphinx Wine Restaurant tucked away from the crazy alleys of Oia. The location is truly stunning with exceptional views of the sunset. The food was so good. We had the Ravioli Bolognese and Crab Parpadelle (with sea urchins). In addition, we ordered the Santorian Salad. Great service, excellent quality food. Highly recommended!

The sunset view was perfect, nice cocktails, likeable staff and an all round enjoyable evening.
Each course was nice and different to most of the restaurants we have visited so far in our stay.

The food was delicious! We had sea bass and lamb – both were outstanding. Waitstaff (Telios) was wonderful!! We ate on the rooftop and the atmosphere was great.
After a walk through Oia we were a bit overwhelmed with the massive crowd and took a turn to a less overcrowded street and passed by this hidden gem.
The beautiful setting immediately caught our attention and on top of that, the restaurant offered a wide variation of vegan dishes. Everything was really delicious, the staff was very attentive and the view was just amazing!
Couldn’t wish for more 🙂
