Our stay at Apikia Santorini was absolutely incredible! We booked the honeymoon suite, and we were blown away by the beauty and aesthetics of the room—it was everything we had hoped for and more. The highlight had to be our very own heated pool, which was glorious and perfect for relaxing while soaking in the stunning views from our room.
The bed was super comfortable, ensuring we got a great night’s sleep every night. And those views—just breathtaking! It was like waking up in a postcard every morning. The staff were equally amazing, especially Marios and Angelica, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Nothing was ever too much for them, and their hospitality really made our stay special.
Every morning, they prepared us a delicious breakfast and delivered it straight to our room, which made for the perfect start to each day. The location of the hotel in Pyrgos was also fantastic—such a charming and underrated town in Santorini, away from the crowded tourist spots, but still offering that authentic Santorini charm.
The only minor con was that they only provided one free bottle of water for our entire 3-night stay. It would’ve been nice to have a daily refill, but this was such a small issue in the grand scheme of things.
Overall, I would highly recommend Apikia Santorini. Yes, the price is premium, but so is the product and service they offer. It was worth every penny for such an unforgettable experience!
I had a wonderful stay at Apikia, I made a very last minute reservation and Angelina and Marios were super helpful in booking activities and giving me great recommandations. There is private parking in front if you wish to rent a car on the island (which I highly recommend).
The breakfast delivered every morning to your villa is a great extra (you can tell them if you have any dietary restrictions) – it changes every day !
The villa was beautiful, modern and clean (the only thing that I would improve is maybe adding a shower curtain so that we do not put water everywhere as the shower is quite small).
The hotel is close to the village which is very cute and has good restaurants.
I would definitely recommend staying here with your significant other.

While I realize the hotel offers no returns/cancellations, unfortunately we fell upon the lowest of luck that our flight was cancelled due to a not-seen-before security situation. I explained the situation to the hotel, we called, were not answered, referred, and eventually after asking several times, only after several days we were informed that nothing will be done. The worker not even expressing a concern for the situation or any understanding, even a voucher to stay in the future 1 night, or who knows. Absolutely unhelpful, horrible service – would not recommend, we are down thousands of dollars with not even the slightest express of concern by the hotel. Truly dissapointing.

However, it is worth noting that the suite is somewhat smaller than it appears in the photos. While still comfortable and well-appointed, guests might find the actual size of the suite to be a bit more compact than expected. Despite this, the overall quality of the hotel and the exceptional service more than make up for this minor discrepancy.
Not only was the room with the pool absolutely stunning and the view (especially during sunset!!) for sure one of the best on the island; but the staff really made us feel so welcome. You could tell that everyone really wanted us to have an unforgiving experience, especially Angelina at the reception recommended incredible places, restaurants and trips like a sunset boat cruise and Stelios the manager made sure everything went smoothly. We will be back!!
