Lovely place with tasty traditional Greek food and a lovely terrace with a view. Do not listen to the negative comments about the owner and the service, Mr. Zorbas is perfectly welcoming. To those posting a one-star review due to the no animal policy, I do not think it is fair since you clearly did not eat at the restaurant given you had a dog and it is forbidden.
Awful experience!! Were treated very bad cause we had a small dog. We sat outside and the owner came and start yelling at us as if we were criminals. We were thrown out from the pavement which he claims as private property… he doesn’t allow dogs because of hygiene reasons… what about the cats running around his restaurant? But, thinking again we should thank him because we dined at Tony’s across the street and had the best pizza ever!!
I got sick after eating here. The beef souvlaki tasted a bit off and now I’m throwing up.
On the plus side, service was fast and friendly and the horiatiki salad was tasty
[Update 36 hours later] I’m feeling better. Diarrhea subsiding. Hopefully I can get out of bed soon
We’ve been kicked out from the outside dinner area because we had a pet with us (very small & quiet maltise). 2 families – 8 persons.
The owner is very rude he didn’t explain us why, he yelled us to get out from his area immediately…

Beautiful food with very kind waiters in the center of the evening walkway of the city. With a terrace or if full on the street. One of the best places for souvlaky, lamb chops, and grilled meat in general. Don’t miss it. Also the price is beautiful 😉.
