Amazing quiet location🙂 Great hosts – always helpful, kind and willing. Rooms satisfactory, minimalist but completely sufficient for sleeping. Some people don’t like harder beds, but it was bearable. Great rooms for a great price😉 Big balcony for a great evening sitting with a good wine. We didn’t try the pool, but it was definitely nice when the others were swimming in the morning. We thank the hosts for a great vacation and we wish many satisfied guests❤

Decent room, air con was a lifesaver as it was so hot! Great to have a fridge with a small freezer space. Balcony was nice.
Was annoying the shower was not attached to the wall (whereas other rooms are), and was a shame to have two single beds rather than a double (but I hear that’s quite common in Kos). Room was regularly cleaned and staff friendly.
Could be quite noisy on some days – not sure what it was but we were woken up a couple of times early in the morning by loud scraping sounds?
Pool was great – in early June it was warm enough. Plenty of sun beds.
It was a shame there was no bar or restaurant, meaning we often went to Nicon apartments next door if we fancied a drink, or the local supermarkets.
The worst thing about staying here was the WiFi – make sure you have access to 4G/5G if you need reliable internet.

The pool was too cold at the end of September for everyone, but apparently that’s a thing on the whole island. Cobwebs here and there so not that clean, but all the wanted facilities are here and the staff is very friendly. I do not recommend the food though.
Very friendly people, I myself didn’t really have a “hot” shower (or water in general) but I didn’t really mind that.
If you come after the high seasons you have a nice private pool you share with a few people. And just 30min walk to the main city and enough nice beaches to choose from.
Your room gets cleaned every day, clean bedsheets often and every 3 days you get fresh towels. And if you are to lazy to make up your own bed they even do that for you.
To be honest, the food is really cheap that they serve (about €7) and for what you get the price should honestly be higher.

I was amazed to see a 3 star hotel so clean. Even if the rooms are basic, they take good care of them and everything is clean.
They have a nice pool area where you can order breakfast and coffee.
I stayed here only for one night but i will definitely come back and stay more.
The only disappointing thing was a aperol spritz i ordered and it wasnt as expected. It tasted like sugar and water.
