The food was great and the stuff is kind and polite. The hotel needs a bit renovation – and entertainment team. There was another lady who was really good in making hotel – she had red hair – btw make sure to give them name tags 🙂
Awful rooms. They are long needing renewing. Damp and needing some more attention.
Like: Why would one not include mosquito nets if there are so many mosquitos. (My daughter suffered the most.. like 8-10 bites per night)
I’ve been to 4 start hotels offering much better accommodation.
Awful attitude at front desk: We were reallocated from a hotel we knew. 4 people were accommodated in a room acceptable for two. When we requested a bigger room we were told there’s nothing available despite seeing half the hotel is still available.
Waiting staff: Nice and helpful young men. This is one of the bright lights for the hotel.
Food: Not bad, but nothing special. Just OK. Nothing traditional. Nothing special in terms of sea food. There were at least enough types of salads to choose from at the buffet.
Maids: Nice and helpful.
I guess they are just relying on the volume of people visiting Kassandra so they don’t need to try and offer something corresponding to the 5 stars they have.
Staff is great, food is great. There is no a lot of food choice but everything there is tasty so that’s not problem. Rooms in limited view options is too small. Sea entrance is full of stones but whole Kasandra is full also. It was okay.
We paid for 2 adults and 2 kids, and they just placed 2 more beds in the room, so it was not even possible to open the balcony door.
3 days no one came to clean our room.
The room door does not lock every time, so we have to double-triple check.
The refrigerator was almost useless(in Greece with an infant)!!!!
The beach is full of rocks.
We were not on all-inclusive, but we had to pay overpriced food and drinks that were quite rubbish.
No taverns or supermarkets are available on foot distance.
For my 5 stays in Greece, this was the most disappointing one.
Perfect beach. No need for ⛱️ , you have olive trees. Great pool, with cold drinks, serving by Great and smily Nika and Elena..and Inna from the reception was very helpful…
