One of the best beach of the island (judging only from a swimmers perspective – water quality, temperature, weather etc)
Xenia beach 🏖 is one of the public beaches located within the complex of the hotel with a section reserved to guests. Good place where to spend the day with the available option of having a bite and satisfy you thirst all day long 😉 We spent only one day there since we wanted to visit as well the island and it was the first full day in loco.
Beautiful beach, nice food and cocktails, sun beds sooo comfortable!! We enjoyed this beach few times and children asked to go there again every time we ask them to choose which beach to go to!
Used to be my favourite beach on Skiathos, however, it’s incredibly sad to see the beach completely covered with sunbeds from the Elivi hotel. Not only have they ruined the beach, they also charge an extortionate €20 euros for the beds if you’re a non customer. They’ve also cut off the access to the beach. All beaches in Greece are public domain and they cannot be covered by more than 50% sunbeds – no idea how they get away with this.

The hotel owns the whole beach almost, no free space for your own umbrellas.
