We stayed for 2 nights at Wind Tales hotels and it was amazing.
-Big thank you to Tonia, Dimitris and Alexis for making our stay memorable. Their recommendations, friendliness and professionalism really make us feel comfortable, relaxed and easily feel integrated in the rich culture of Syros.
-The rooms itself were super cozy and really unique, I loved every aspect from the design and the super comfy beds.
– The breakfast was really unique and you can feel flavors like never before. Alexis really poured his soul to find the best ingredients for us. We loved and will miss it a lot!!!
-The location is perfect to see Ano Syros and close to many unique restaurants, cafe and bars (like 5-8 min walk). However, as this hotel is located in a medieval town on mountain, you should expect some stairs walking, which in my opinion made the stay even more unique.
We would definitely stay again and recommend this to everyone else!

Would highly recommend Wind Tales if staying on Syros. It is a beautiful, clean and well located guest house with wonderful views and gold standard hospitality. We were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived and were very well taken care of throughout our stay. The breakfast each morning was also superb and was a lovely touch to an already wonderful stay. I would not hesitate to recommend Wind Tales to anyone wanting to stay on Syros. This is one of our favorite hotels. It’s quirky, comfortable, quiet and exceptionally clean. Breakfast, each day was served on the balcony with panoramic views of the bay. It’s a short taxi ride from the port, and then a short walk to the actual hotel. There are steps, but the hotel has a porter who moves your bags for you. The hotel manager Alexis could not be more helpful.
Breakfast in particular was absolutely superb, with many local ingredients, and all fresh produce. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough, it’s one I am sure we will return to again and again.
This has to be the best location in Ana Syros! It provides a wonderful view of the harbour and the surroundings!

The location seemed a bit distant from the center but in reality at the end of our trip, it is the best spot on the island, the village is super cozy and we loved it.
The owner was super helpful and hospitable, we felt really at home, the staff was super. Nice and recommended the best isolated and local spots.
The pool is not as big as we thought from the photos but it is super nice to have to start or end the day.
