A very honest review.
I can’t fault this hotel. We had an incredible 7 nights stay!!
What we love:
1. Location – breath taking views day or night. It is peaceful, just what we were looking for after exploring during the day.
2. Staff – I have no words for the staff here. From the moment we have arrived we were greeted with smiles and pure kindness. My little boy was very fond of the Abash (the breakfast guy), it was a very sad time to leave because my son made a great connection with Abash. Alexander (reception guy) is extremely helpful, anything that we needed he was able to help. The people who came to our room to freshen up our room were genuinely nice, although communication was difficult they’ve always smile and tried their best to made us feel comfortable. Thank you everyone!! Lastly the owner of this hotel is roaming around with a big smile on his face. Everyone was a god sent!!!
3. Room – spacious, clean and the best hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. We booked the room with hot tub and it was the best decision we made. It was perfect for the night time to relax while our little boy was sleeping and myself and my husband got the time to relax. Again the views here at night were beautiful!!
4. Amenities- big pools, amazing sun beds. My husband got a lovely massage with their wellness spa partner in Ciel hotel. No gym in the place however you can get your cardio in my walking around the hotel. It was a good place to hike in the morning.
FYIs:
1. Not children friendly – this is not a negative feedback but an FYI. This place is more fore adults to relax and unwind but of course the lovely hotel staff accommodated us but we really appreciate letting us know before hand to be extra cautious of the place.
2. Bring your mosquito repellent- little mosquitoes love to bite at night.
3. Car needed – as others have mentioned below, you will need to know how to drive to stay here.

Stayed here for 7 nights with my wife and son. I really enjoyed our private outdoor jacuzzi and the raw view of the sea and mountains – it was spectacular and probably the best feature of this hotel in my opinion.
All of the staffs are superb and very friendly, shout out to Alexander, Sophia, and most especially to Abash (“my son’s friend”), you made our stay more enjoyable and pleasant. Thank you for your outstanding service!

I stayed with my wife for 3 days ,the hotel is very nice ,the rooms are excellent and clean .Alexander at the reception was great help for anything you need ,Abbas serving the breakfast was amazing,All the best.
Super modern apartment, big flat and amazing view, the bar, cool pool area, breakfast and reception staff is extremely welcoming and helpful, would book the flat immediately again.
The view from the room is breathtaking!!! The staff is friendly and helpful and they served us the breakfast in the room. The hotel is not far from the main city but definitely you gonna need a car or a quad to move around, have in mind that you gonna need a vehicle no matter where you stay since the nice beaches, clubs and restaurants are located in different areas of the island. The most important for me was that the room was very clean, the mattress was excellent and the hotel even though not far from the city it was quiet.
