I highly recommend this hotel. We were a family of 5 staying at the hotel across 3 rooms. We had a mix of room types: a regular, a junior suite, and a room with a balcony patio. All 3 were great! We visited Santorini in winter, so the swimming pools and jacuzzis were closed – unable to comment on these facilities. The hotel is very centrally located.
Salome, the reception staff, was absolutely wonderful. She was very helpful with recommendations, and she was always accessible via the hotel WhatsApp chat service. The regular room was spacious, and the bathroom was immaculate. There were hooks in the bathroom. The only issue was that the ventilation in the bathroom was missing, so we’d have to leave the window open (while it was cold!) to air the space. 100% will go back!
They had no staff, the mini jacuzzi pools were shut, though they advertised for it. Restaurant was shut, even drinking water was not orovided. The skeletal staff was not polite, cooperative. Except for the room there were no services available. I don’t recommend the place very avoidable. Absolutely no view.
The hotel was nothing like the pictures online, not even close. The lighting color in the room are inconsistent. All the pools were drained. The staffs explained it is because it was during the low season, but I didn’t receive any notifications that the facilities are unavailable since I booked a month before. The main part of the hotel was in construction. It was all dusty and broken.
I stayed here for my honeymoon suite recently. The team were very nice and helpful. The 3 receptionists were soo kind and made me feel very welcome. The maintenance staff helped with our luggages and always offered an outstanding service. The breakfast was always brought to us on time and if there were any issues, the staff would respond straight away via WhatsApp. The team provided exceptional service and supported me throughout my holiday. I would definitely come back here. They allowed me to check out late due to my late flight as well as leave my luggages in the office while I enjoyed the pool/explored. Iām very sad to be leaving such an amazing service and hotel behind. I would highly recommend this place.
The room was very spacious and equipped with motion sensors to switch lights on when moving from the room to walk in closet to the bathroom, which is very awesome š¤© the room also included a hot tub. Delicious breakfast comes to the room every morning. The location is in the center of the village with a walking distance to the main bus terminal and central Fira where the shops and restaurants are. The staff of the hotel are very friendly š
