Our journey to Crete, booked through Eliza was here, was extremely smooth. From the flight to the car rental and the accommodation, everything was perfectly arranged.
The warm welcome from Natalie at Volta Suites and Apartments with her “Kalimera my friends” made every morning special as breakfast was served in our room.
George, the owner, welcomed us just as warmly and made sure we felt right at home. He gave us a tour of the apartment and the area and emphasized that we could always reach him for questions or to arrange activities.
The apartment was ideally located, just 100 meters from the beach, where we enjoyed the well-organized beach chairs. We dined extensively outside as well as cooked in the well-equipped kitchen of our apartment.
The days were further filled with relaxing by the pool, training in the outdoor gym, and exploring the surroundings on the available mountain bikes.
Thanks to the efforts of George, Natalie, and the team at Volta Suites, our May vacation was a time of pure relaxation and recovery. It was the perfect place to enjoy life and experience the beauty of Crete.

We stayed in Volta suites in an apartment with a private pool. The hotel is fantastic and fulfilled all our expectations. The owners are very helpful and the breakfast option was very good. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and a refrigerator filled with water.
The surrounding are was a little quiet and the restaurants all have the same menus. I would recommend having a rental car or use Taxis.
We had a great time at Volta. The rooms are newly and fully furnished with ample storage space. There is a/c in every room, very fast internet and we had a big terrace. The best thing about this place are the people who run it. Very efficient, very friendly and always followed through. Parking is on site and free of charge. We have only the best things to say about Volta and definitely recommend this place. Michal and Petra

The owner was so helpful even before we arrived! Helping us to pre book a taxi from the airport to the hotel as well as organising a massage to the room during our stay. My partner and I had just the best time!
Very central about less than 5 mins walk to the beach front of Gouves and the hotel had a lovely pool and little outdoor gym.

My wife and I had a 10-day stay in a wonderful place. Everything was amazing. The environment was calm and peaceful, with the gentle chirping of cicadas in the background. The hotel and the pool were also very well-maintained and clean. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was ideal, whether for accessing the sea or exploring the region by car (approximately 15 minutes from Heraklion and 45 minutes from Agios Nikolaos). But what really made the difference were the lovely people who take care of this place. Thank you again for everything.
