The room and location of the house exceeded of my expectations. The location and content of the room exceeded my expectations. Manolis and Maria left complimentary soft drinks and waters in our room, a bottle of Kefalos wine and an appetizer to go with the wine. In addition to the towels, they provided bathrobes for both of us. The room was cleaned every day. The kitchen utensils were all new, hopefully next time they will include an ouzo glass. The balcony view from the room was great, it was great to drink wine on the balcony with a view of the sea and the island of Kastri.
Just one tip: When you take a shower, water comes out of under the bathroom door. This problem can be solved with a slope or a obstacle placed in front of the door.
Studios just 2 minutes from the wonderful beach of Aghios Stephanos, clean and comfortable. You will taste the real feeling of Kos island

We were welcomed very friendly. The location is great. I didn’t perceive the street negatively.
The room has everything you need and a great view of the sea.
The fittings in the bathroom could be replaced. Showering without flooding the bathroom is difficult.
Unfortunately our beds and mattresses weren’t for us at all.

Studios molto accogliente in bella villetta a due passi dalla stupenda spiaggia di Agios Stefanos. Io e mia moglie siamo stati accolti benissimo dai proprietari Maria e Manolis davvero gentili. Studio dotato di ogni comfort. Pulizia impeccabile ogni due giorni. Bottiglia di vino di benvenuto, briosches per la colazione e accappatoi davvero graditi. Balcone con vista meravigliosa sull'isoletta di Kastri. Consigliatissimo.
