The most amazing villa!
The place was renovated completely and it’s all new and designed in the perfect way.
We stayed in the new upper part of the villa (after 8 vacations in Rhodes that we stayed in this villa only) and absolutely loved it.
The view from the roof balcony is breathtaking, you have a view of the old city monuments and streets. The place is perfect for a family coming to visit Rhodes who wants to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable experience.
The hosts are outstanding, they took care of everything we needed and were available in every hour of the day.
We recommend this place and for our family it is with no doubt the perfect place to stay and visit!
Beautiful villa in an amazing location.
The old town around is beautiful and a minute away. The villa itself contains a gym, nice pool and jacuzzi, big rooms, lots of ppace for anything you want.
The owners are very nice, available for help or any question, and even fill the kitchen with food and items for us.
Definitely recommend!
The owner has thought of EVERYTHING to make your stay totally memorable. From pool, to jacuzzi (x2), to exercise equipment, and barbecue, there wasn’t anything that we needed. Villa Fluvian is one of the BEST places in which my family have stayed, EVER! Thank you, Ioannis for hosting us in your wonderful home. We can’t wait to return!

It is extremely easy to get to the center of the city center because it is in the old town of Rhodes.
The villa has all the comforts that you might need.

Just a perfect villa! (Recommend reading all)
Service – I will start with the courteous service we received from Yannis, the owner of the amazing villa who took care of every request, was available and made sure we did not lack anything, filled the refrigerator for us with all good, was in continuous contact with us and really gave us the highest level of service.
Facility- Wow! Really wow! Amazing pool, Jacuzzi, sun beds, three huge bedrooms, quality TV screens, comfortable beds, quality pillows and bedding, endless towels for both the pool and the shower. Quality shampoo and conditioner soaps, two comfortable and spacious showers.
Perfect kitchen! Huge, equipped with every good, the amazing Yannis filled our fridge with every good before we came, groceries drinking fruit, wine beers, water, eggs milk cheeses and more and more. The kitchen is fully equipped including all the basic ingredients for preparation.
A pampering and fun gym with a large music screen.
Spacious living room with huge TV including smart TV.
And more .. Because of the desire that you read everything I will not elaborate anymore.

Location – amazing! The villa is located in the heart of the old city, surrounded by the wall of the city itself – an amazing sight in itself. Two minutes walk from the boulevard of restaurants bars and clubs in the old town, on the one hand – everything is insanely close to you. On the other hand – you are in a quiet and intimate place. Walking distance from the main streets in the city (clothing stores – Zara Pool & Bar and more. Bars and clubs, and of course the sea is also within walking distance – about 10 minutes).
Value for money – just perfect. Enjoyed insanely five magical nights, it’s hard to think of a good value for the price then this villa, and it’s hard to think of a better place to stay in Rhodes than the villa. Happy to have gotten away from the possibility of staying there.
