Very nice little guesthouse with a great view of the sea.
Boss Filitsa is very hard-working, speaks German very well and takes care of everything lovingly
to her guests and always has a few kind words for all residents.
The breakfast is very tasty and varied – fresh fruit, vegetables, yogurt and eggs every day.
The Mediterranean breakfast is taken on the terrace with a sea view and can be picked up yourself.
A beautiful beach is located about 100m down the hill in a beautiful bay. It should be easy to walk. Beachbar is also a nice beach with cool music and good service at around 10 to 15 euros per day for the loungers, where there are a few on the island
All rooms with balcony and sea view. Rooms are very clean and sufficiently large.
You should definitely treat yourself to a vehicle so that you can tour the island and be flexible.
We also have a great boat trip with a rustic captain with a barbecue
Experienced on the beach is highly recommended. There are also very good restaurants in Kokkari
Bars with lots of shopping opportunities just to enjoy.
We also did a tour of the island with wine tasting, a visit to monasteries,
Olive oil tasting and much more is also highly recommended.
We were very satisfied and will definitely be going to the island of Samos in a few years
come back on vacation. All the locals are very nice and friendly.

A beautiful guesthouse with a fantastic view over Tsamadou beach. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We had an apartment that was very well equipped. All accommodations have sea views. We liked it so much that we have already booked our next vacation at Villa Esperus.

We spent 12 days in August in the villa in a double room, which was very well equipped (fridge, hairdryer, balcony, air conditioning, etc.). The room was very modern and very clean. The accommodation is also beautifully located and every room has a great view of the sea. It is also very, very quiet at night.
The breakfast was also perfect! From fruit and vegetables to daily changing cakes or other treats. There is something there for everyone!
The best thing about the accommodation is the host and her staff! You were always welcomed with a smile and your every wish could be fulfilled. We can definitely recommend the accommodation and will come back as soon as possible!!! Thank you for the great stay and hopefully see you soon!
