I am currently staying in Villa ELIA.
Beautiful and spacious studios with a large terrace. Clean and tidy. Pleasant atmosphere. The beach, the old part of the city, everything is a few minutes’ walk away. All praise from my side.
The room was not cleaned daily. We met during the period of blockade in Halkidiki. Our room flooded from the window and we mopped almost all night. Finally, the owner never showed up during that time when we had neither electricity nor water to see if we needed anything. And when we called to ask for some things to be brought to the room (eg a toilet brush) they told us that they can’t because they don’t work there at that time
Nice villa, in a good location. There is an Orthodox church, a post office, the main street is close by, but the surprise is when you go up the hill to the old part of Perfokorii. That’s the top… I was on the ground floor and the room is a Greek classic, i.e. bedroom, dining room, bathroom and a spacious terrace. Wi-fi throughout the villa has a maximum signal. All in all, clean, nice, I will come again.
