We ate here the night before we left the island. The Greek cheesecake was amazing. The food was pretty good. They were out of a few things on the menu. I made a reservation using the Google maps links but they couldn’t find it when went there. It wasn’t an issue as they were still able to seat us.
The food was delicious! The mushrooms were my favorite dish definitely get them! Tiramisu was really tasty as well.
Without searching too long time, I ate here after my arrival in Heraklion and this restaurant is located near the hotel I stayed in. The service was really friendly, courteous and fast during my short visit, but I was not too satisfied with the food itself. I would have liked much more courage to season the food. I had garlic bread, spinach-feta pitas and a traditional cretan salad. Basically the food was not wrong, but the problem were just the spices. In my opinion the ingredients were good, but for example the dressing of salad was tasting like regular water only. I would return for the view and the friendliness of the staff, but not urgently for the food.
Visited from Texas. If this were even in the vicinity of our home, we would totally be regulars. The food is outstanding, the service is perfect and the atmosphere is relaxing. It’s a stunning place with a beautiful ocean view. Thank you so much!
