  1. Nice cafeteria at the central square of Chora at Kythera. Offers a great variety of coffees, teas and sweets. Nice orange juice. Most tables are in the shade, making this an ideal destination even for the sunny and hot days. Breakfast offered as well. Difficult to find a table during peak time.

  2. the context is fabulous, tables under trees sheltered from the sun; very smart and pleasant service (the eyes and singing voice of the beautiful girl who served me are not easily forgotten). met here a famous English actor whose name I don’t remember… Recommended!

  3. One of the best meals I have had in Greece. The house salad was amazing, and the chef’s choice meze was unspeakably good… Today it was chicken and petit potatoes in a mushroom cream sauce; absolutely delicious. A full day at the beach and then this shady perch under trees next to the plateia where all the village kids are playing made it extra nice. Good waiter and really cold beer also made it a great experience.
