Very nice and spacious apartment, not to mention very good service from Maria and Theadora. Lovely quiet neighborhood near shops, restaurants and beach.
We have been here for 4 weeks and would definitely like to come back to Maria and George when we go to Kokkari again
Nicely located and good looking apartment and very centrally located.
A major advantage of these apartments is that all windows and doors are equipped with mosquito nets. So no insects inside.
It is only superficially clean, which is a shame considering the price we paid for 14 days. Doors and tiled walls are not exactly clean.
Beds very hard, but clean. The bed linen is changed twice a week.
Towels are changed daily. They are ridiculously rough, which is why they rub so well when dried.
Owner is polite and very friendly.
Many people confuse polite and friendly with sweet and nice. This lady is just friendly.
She charges the main price for the air conditioning €7 per night on top of the rental price. And for this you can only use the air conditioning in the bedroom. Not the one in the living room.
All in all 3 stars because of the location and the fact that it looks neat.
After a week of island hopping, this is the best ending! Nice and clean apartment with everything you need. Mosquito screens and blinds on the windows. And super quiet! Not suitable for families with children.
