This restaurant is awesome. Ran by twin brothers it is a busy place, small as well. Expect to wait outside for a spot, it’s very crammed but very worth the wait if you do get in. I had the special of the day, an eggplant dish and I must say I’ve never had eggplant like that before… it was amazing. It’s a cozy place, we sat at the bar and someone bought us a glass of wine (thanks!). If you strike up a conversation with the owners, they’ll probably have a shot with you (on them) before you leave. Was a fun spot and experience over all.
Very friendly staff, our waitress Matina was just amazing. The food was top notch from appetizers to dessert!
Reasonable price for Mykonos.
Opens at 7PM, full at 7.01PM 😉
They probably have one of the best quality/price relation on the island. On the other hand the portions aren’t like a normal greek size (but this happens throughout the entire island, rather small portions).
Very tasty though and you will find different dishes every day.
Also the service is amazing!
So our hotel was on this street, and every night, there was a queue to get in. So we tried it on the last night. We got the table outside and chatted to the people who were waiting. The two brothers were attentive despite being very busy. But they were rushed. The food was good, but I think where we were. We just had the feeling of being rushed. I would have loved to sit and have another wine. I had the chicken with leek. It was a simple dish, but the chicken was very creamy, and if I closed my eyes, I could picture an old Greek woman cooking it! If you like food.. then this is for foodies. I just had one bad impression from a man that was sat outside the restaurant all day, when it was closed. I am not sure who he was but, as some people were walking past he shouted “welcome to paphos”.. and then acted like he owned the place but was dismissive of me when I asked about booking a table.
Definitely recommend this place! Heard that it’s a local restaurant. Nice homemade food! We picked them from the daily menu and all tasted amazing! The price is good compared to the local rate though! You have to come visit this place 🙂
