We had Fallafel, Doukos, and Veal fajitas. The Fallafel is the best I have ever tried super crispy on the outside and most and fluffy in side, the Doukos which is a Cretan dish of Myzithra cheese and grated tomato served on barley rusk with a drizzle of oil, it is a taste sensation, the Fajitas were nice, I would have liked the meat to have been a little softer, but still nice all washed down with a few glasses of red wine, the place isn’t situated in the best locations but the food makes up for that, the women who worked there were very nice indeed, we will be back.
The best meal I had in one week. This place is better than some fancy restaurants in Athens. I love the Green Salad; the dressing is so good. Both the Trout Fillet and the Fajitas Shrimp were just excellent. We got the Tiramisu for dessert, and it was very nice. I definitely recommend this place to people who are looking for a great meal.
Great Vegetarian Dinner:
To be honest I did not like the menu when I took a look at it. Too many different meals, usually not a good sign. Nevertheless the falafel (better than in most turkish kebab places) and the tortilla were great. Fresh vegetables with a nice sauce in it.
The food a service was AMAZING! We ordered the white wine of the house and it’s great!!!
And also the ravioli and the peanut butter chicken. For dessert we got the Banana Chocolate crepe, it was big but the crepe itself wasn’t soft. There’s gluten free options by removing the pita.

This comment is not about the food, but about how I was treated. Yesterday, 13th June, around 11:30 PM, my friend and I were returning from the port. I felt unwell and urgently needed to use the restroom. It’s a normal human physiological need. I entered the first restaurant I saw and politely asked if I could use the restroom. The woman from the staff said it would cost 1 euro. I asked if I could pay by card because I didn’t have any cash on me. She looked at me with disdain and said, “only cash.” I replied that I didn’t have any cash, and she said I couldn’t use the restroom then. I left in discomfort but returned shortly after to tell her that she should show more humanity because she could be in my situation one day. We exchanged a few words, and I asked for her name to leave a comment on Google so that other tourists would know how guests are treated when they don’t spend money on food.
When the woman realized I wanted to write a review about the restaurant, she suddenly said I could pay by card, etc. I hope no one will have to deal with such service in the future. Chania is a tourist city, and all these businesses function thanks to tourists.
