We’re here not only to enjoy the scenic views but also to celebrate Giselle’s birthday with a fun-filled sailing adventure.

Settling in with Stunning Accommodations
Upon arrival, we checked into our quaint hotel, which boasted charming boho vibes and a hot tub in the room. The moment we walked in, my excitement peaked at the thought of all the adventures waiting for us in Paros. The hotel’s aesthetic was simply beautiful, featuring multiple patios with picturesque views that set the perfect tone for our getaway.

A Refreshing Start
After a long ferry ride from Santorini, we were starving. But first, I had a surprise planned for Giselle—a bottle of champagne delivered right to our room! After a quick toast with delectable strawberries, we set off to explore the island’s culinary options, eager to indulge in all the local flavors.

Beach Bliss Begins
Our first stop was a local beach recommended by the hotel staff, and it did not disappoint! I enjoyed sipping on my Hugo Spritz while basking in the sun, with the soft waves lapping nearby. It was the perfect day, complete with Greek salads and delicious appetizers, setting the stage for the wonderful memories to come.

Dining by the Water
As the sun began to set, we headed to our first dinner in the vibrant town of Naoussa. The atmosphere was electric, with lively chatter and laughter filling the air as we dined by the water. It was also a special evening as we reunited with friends we had met on a previous group tour, reinforcing the bonds formed through travel.

Morning After: A Slow Start
The next morning came with a bit of a slow start. A mix of excitement and late-night festivities meant we were feeling less than radiant. However, we rallied ourselves, as we had a winery tour on the itinerary that Giselle was particularly looking forward to—who could resist indulging in some local flavors?

Cheers to Birthday Surprises
Arriving at the winery was a slice of paradise. The staff greeted us with warm wishes for Giselle’s birthday, and we settled in for a delightful tasting experience. Paired with five exquisite cheeses sourced from the region, the experience was both educational and delicious, albeit a bit hazy as we battled our post-festivity exhaustion.

Decorating for a Special Day
After our winery adventure, it was time to shift focus to Giselle’s birthday celebration. I brought along a stash of neutral decorations to surprise her. Creating a festive space in our room added a personal touch, allowing us to celebrate her special day in style.
