The location of this hotel is excellent however the customer service not so much. Sercan at the front desk had a really serious attitude. He is definitely not trained for hospitality in a hotel environment. I was in the front waiting for my room card to be changed or updated since it didn’t work and the front desk people were answering the calls but not me where I’m standing. I was in a rush and trying to get to my room with my 2 kids and they were ignoring. Also at the breakfast area some were nice and some were lazy. I asked a guy to bring my son Apple juice and he said you can go get it. Although another girl was extremely nice and she got it for my son. The NO DISTURB SIGN doesn’t mean anything to them. Someone knocked on my door at 1am and woke us up and they got the wrong room. One day I opened the door to leave and the house keeper was nice to give us towels but she wouldn’t leave although I had the NO DISTURB SIGN. I wouldn’t be returning and I told all my USA friends to pick another hotel they will be served better.
This hotel is well located. The room was clean and everything was provided, and the room on the upper floor had a good view. The staff were polite and proficient in English. They served delicious breakfasts. For a little happiness, be sure to visit the roof.

Great hotel in excellent location, right in the centre of Istanbul.
Staff incredible helpful, specially at the restaurant. Both my daughters with severe nuts allergies were made feel safe and comfortable. Massive thanks to Hasan who looked after us incredibly well.

This was the first and last time here in this hotel. Although the location is perfect and direct on Taksim area, however the “double-room” space is tiny compared to other hotels. I don’t even recommend to take it if you have children. There are other 5star hotels with same or less prices but bigger and newer rooms. Last funny thing is the bottle they put in the room, selling air for 12 euros 🤣😂
