A small business boutique hotel/apartment building with an excellent location. The staff is great and very helpful, and the apartments are spacious and comfortable. The only downside is that only one room had AC in addition to the living room. Washing machine and dryer were available at the floor, which is mega plus
For the price, it feels a bit overpriced for the services provided, but the location makes it worth it.
Excellent extended stay residents with apartments that have kitchens and living rooms. Very friendly staff. Located in a great area with plenty of eating options. Above the 5th floor, apartments have great views from the balcony. Lower levels have balconies with obstructed views.
This is my second stay in this place within a year .. last year we were family of 6 members we booked big apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area and living room.. it was comfortable..
This year we were only 3 persons we booked apartment of 2 bedroom, kitchate and one bath room ..
Last year’s apartment got walk in shower .. but this year’s has a bath tub so be carful of that point ..
What made me come a again is its location as it directly on baghdad street which is hyper street full of cafes, restaurants and shops ..
The staff were cooperative as they allowed us of late check out..
Parking lot is also available..
The place is so close to train station so it was noisy ..
Over all the apartments were not high qualified furnished ..
Perfect location, polite reception, clean rooms including almost everything you may need. Metro trains noise may irritate you a little
I stayed 3 nights here to explore the area, I wish I just continue staying at the hotel where I was before going to this residence and spend more time taking transportation instead. Here’s what you will get for paying +55€/night:
teared up bed sheets,
teared/scratched/burned seats/couch,
hair in your washroom from previous guests ‘although they claim they disinfected and cleaned, they even put some stickers that they disinfected your apartment!’,
The double bed is actually a two single beds connected together, so be ready to sleep on one side only as if you are sleeping on a single bed because of the split,
Water Leakage in the kitchen, the guy who came to see it on Saturday said they can’t do anything about it until Monday!! It was smelling sooo bad for two days!!!!,
Last but not least, marmaray train station is right behind the building, you will hear the train coming/leaving every 7-10 minutes or so, on in each direction with few minutes in-between, from 6:00AM to 1:00AM, non stop trains passing by in each direction as if you are actually living in the train station itself and not your apartment.
Not to mention one of the receptionist who was just ‘rude’, the other one was super nice and helpful always.
I would never come back here or recommend this place to anyone, I will just go to any hotel in the same area for the same rate ‘most like less’ that worth the money.
