I entered the hotel, the staff who checked in was not friendly. He gave a short briefing. He said that the water and tea in the room were complimentary. I like it so much. Because it was very hot and the water would be fine. I went into the room and saw the 1 liter bottle and drank it immediately. Then I saw the 95TL sign on it. The free water was in the other corner of the room, I was caught in a trap like a mouse. I didn’t like what they did. I told them and they said we will forward it to our friends. As if this wasn’t a routine practice.
I did not see a single happy, smiling employee at the hotel. The breakfast is average hotel breakfast. I don’t think I will stay again.
The location in the place was very good and it is very central. The hotel staff are very respectful and always polite. The nice Mrs. Ayse was always friendly and loving to us and she does a very good job. In addition, someone was always there for us around the clock and I felt very safe.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff who made me feel welcome right away. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was quickly shown to my room. The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated.
Overall, my experience at The Marmara Sisli exceeded all expectations. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, convenient location, made for an unforgettable stay.

Really Great hotel with great services. The rooms are checked twice a day. Special thanks to Nazli Hanim who is responsible for the rooms in the 5th floor. She is so kind and helpful. She makes sure that your room, towels, etc. are clean and neat on daily basis
