  1. Very nice restaurant with a beautiful view. The owner is a very kind man and gives you great service. He even let us take a look behind the scenes and let us choose what kind of fish we would like to eat. Overall a great experience with delicious freshly made food and great wine. Definitely worth the visit! Thank you for the great experience and the ice cream after dinner. 🙂

  2. Incredibly expensive for what you get in terms of quality and variety. I did not make a fuss and just paid an arm and leg. I understand people need to make a living, especially in such remote areas. However, this will boomerang against them in the long run. In general, food availability in Platia Ammos is scarce . Better buy goods from the supermarket and cook at your hotel.

  3. The restaurant is located at the edge of Platia Ammos, in the north of the island. The owner is very kind and as in other diners in Kythera, the menu has few options, but the food quality is good. Compared to other restaurants in the area this is slightly more expensive, but it’s open until late and that’s definitely a good point. The view from the balcony is really nice and dining here is a quiet and enjoyable experience.
