It is good to enjoy Samos, drink something, eat something, and enjoy. Whether it’s a lazy summer afternoon or a cozy winter evening, there’s always a perfect time to indulge in the simple pleasures of life. The hotel’s location was absolutely perfect, offering easy access to all the attractions and amenities I was hoping to visit during my stay.

One of the standout aspects of my experience was the incredibly helpful staff. In particular, a lady named Vera went above and beyond to assist us, despite the language barrier. Her genuine kindness and willingness to assist us in any way possible truly made a lasting impression.

In addition to the hotel’s prime location and exceptional staff, there was another highlight that made my stay even more enjoyable – the private beach reserved exclusively for hotel guests. The beach was truly a hidden gem, with crystal-clear, transparent waters that were perfect for swimming and relaxing.

However, it is worth mentioning that the beach was not sandy as one might typically expect. Instead, it was covered in stones and rocks. While this may be a drawback for those who prefer sandy beaches, I personally found it to be a unique and interesting feature. The natural beauty of the rocky beach added a touch of authenticity to the overall experience.

While I don’t typically place a heavy emphasis on the quality of the rooms, I must admit that the one downside of my stay was the outdated rooms. Everything in the room were quite old like shower, beds and other furnitures.So from my point of view, the rooms were in need of renovation and modernization.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional location and the incredible service provided by the staff, particularly Vera. While the rooms may be in need of an update, the positive aspects of my stay faroutweighed this minor inconvenience. If quality of rooms is important for you, this hotel is not for you. But room quality is not my number 1 priority so that I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again in the future.

If you eat lunch in the restaurant you can have a bed chair in the beach free of charge

We are a couple and we stayed in this hotel during late October for 3 nights.

As during this time the summer season is ending, we unfortunately did not have the chance to taste the food for lunch or dinner, neither to listen to live music they usually have (it should be fun). But we did have a very pleasant stay and were served a very good breakfast to get our days started.
From an honest view, as others have said, don’t expect a luxurious stay. Although the facilities here mainly remain from previous decades that have partially been renewed, you definetely get a very clean place to stay in a cozy atmosphere. The essence here is clearly a matter of hospitality, the owner is a very gentle and polite person that will help you getting around.
A look from outside your window will also reward you well. You are right next to the sea, you hear the relaxing sound of the waves all day and night. (The weather was also just fine to take a swim before every breakfast, the convenience of being by the sea made it worth it 🙂 )

Again saying, you’re not going for a 5-star stay, but this place is definitely worth its pricing.

This hidden gem at the back of the harbor is a place not to be missed. Food is great, but the atmosphere is even better. Service was a bit slower than normal, but I think that was definitely due to staff shortages experienced globally. Live Greek music is played softly in the background, experienced by a nice breeze, and ocean waves. Serene relaxing dinner all while taking in some of the best Pythagorio has to offer.
