People who complain about this hotel probably complain about everything everywhere… the hotel was amazing, we where lucky to get a room with a view to the sea. Staff was very friendly, food was different and fresh everyday . Room service was great. Location was good, just a few steps from the hotel you can find restaurants and shops, also a bus stop if you want to go to Rhodes city.

We went here for a week in May. The location is beautiful as its a seafront hotel but the area is very quiet. The pool was lovely. The service at the bar was great. It really isn’t a 4star hotel though. The rooms are basic and the bed was as hard as a rock. So uncomfortable I wouldn’t stay here again The food options were plentiful and you’ll always find something you’re happy to eat. The Mamma Mia restaurant isn’t very nice and your only allowed to use it once during your stay so we expected more. The usual dining option was much better. My partner doesn’t like large slices of tomato on his pizza and asked not to have chunks of tomato on his. It came out without any tomato puree base and was just cheese on bread. We did laugh about this. Also a cat with a collar was present in the restaurant and tried to steal a neighbouring tables food and it wasn’t chased out.
We stayed for 7 nights & enjoyed most aspects of the hotel. Firstly, Billy & Shelley the entertainers are AMAZING! Brought a real buzz to the atmosphere both day & night. The pools were always clean & full. Always a sun lounger to use. Beach is a 1 minute walk & you can get there directly via the hotel. Airport was about 15 min drive via private transfer. Check in was simple. Had to pay a room tax upon arrival – €7 per night. We had a balcony with sea & pool view – best decision we made. Saw the sun rise & sun set. Bar & restaurant staff were very helpful (apart from 1 person which if you know, you know!) Plenty to do for all if you want to get involved – darts competitions, arcade room, tennis court, beach chess, crazy golf, beach volleyball, stretching by the pool, water aerobics, nighttime entertainment – comedy show, bingo etc. Supermarket, spa & hairdressers on site too. Kids pool & slide available.
Other things we really liked – fridge in room with bottled water, daily room cleans & towels, beach towel hire included, options for food, drinks were well made!! Hairdryer in room.
Reasons it wasn’t a 5* for us – Rooms a little outdated – had to use a key and not a key card, decor outdated, safe outdated. WiFi coverage awful in our room. Bar options – Coke wasn’t Coca Cola or Pepsi, water from the machine was often warm. No iron in room (didn’t check if we could request one).
Overall – a fantastic week & would recommend!
Was a nice hotel although a little dated in the family room we stayed in. But was everything we needed. The pools were great and was on the beach so a quick walk over the stone beach and you’re in the warm sea. Would recommend if you want a holiday on a budget.
When I arrived my room was terrible, but they looked after me and changed my room to a nice modern room. They did look after me, I even asked for a kettle at front desk and got one. They are all very friendly staff and my stay was really good. The resort is well looked after and clean. Looks nice. Enjoyable holiday.. 😊
