Amazing hotel with beautiful views of caldera! We’ve had a suite with pool but the people were passing by… it’s not only annoying but also a big problem for privacy! Actually it’s against all privacy regulations… people could see us naked inside the suite and outside on the terrace!
Suites of “Gods”. This means you mist treat your customers as Gods. You don’t even give water after the first day of arrival.
Rooms are not the best I have seen. I got a chance to visit a few other properties on my visit, and I could see a lick of fresh paint at most of the other properties to make their hotel look more beautiful.
Breakfast is good, but there are hardly any choices for someone who doesn’t eat fish or meat for main meals and extortionate prices
Service from restaurant and bar staff was good. Just short of people, so was taking a long time to get your orders for breakfast. Reception staff were OK. No one to shout out names for excellent service.
Location is just good for sunset. Otherwise, too much away from anything. You need a hire car as taxis are too expensive
I wish I could give less stars. I very rarely leave reviews but felt compelled so that no one else will endure the same issues. The views are breath taking but that is the only positive thing I have to say. My friend and I booked a 2 bedroom suite with a hot tub. We were placed in a single room as though we wouldn’t notice and when we asked about our reservation we were told that our room wasn’t available due to a “technical issue” (no other information or explanation) so they assumed we were a couple and gave us a single instead. We inquired about a different 2 bedroom and were told none we available and any other room changes would be additional charges. The room we were given was drafty and the heat did not work properly. When we asked for additional blankets we were given a random quilt from who knows where that smelled like an ashtray. The bar was completely closed and the restaurant also had no heat. We booked an entirely different hotel and left the next day. Got sick from staying there one night, in the cold. 0/10 Do not recommend.
The hotel is just marvellous! Room was perfect (presidential), just hot water not always at the max.

She has golden hands, really!! Every massages are just perfectly executed, unbelievable dexterity, soft ans hard at the same time, an unforgettable moment, I recommend her for everyone! More of that, she’s a great person, mind and soul.
For all of that, come to Santorini without choosing this hotel would be a mistake!!

Room top (106 Poseidon), cleaning daily (even if not requested), as visiting off-season less crowded.
Car-rental very convenient (and recommended as not in the main tourist areas, therefore nicely quiet).
All major spots of interest on the island reachable within 10-26 minutes (by car).
Off-season we would come here again 120%, main season we can imagine much more crowded and hence less enjoyable….. but thats our personal taste.
