This restaurant is amazing. The food is the best we have eaten in Greece.. authentic Ikarian food with a modern twist. The service and ambience was perfect and incredible value for money. We loved every dish we sampled over our two visits: the mushrooms in truffle oil, eggplant torte and chios grilled cheese were standouts. Hope to get back to try other dishes on the menu.
The food was homemade and fresh. We didn’t have anything we didn’t like, but if I had to pick one thing to order, I highly recommend the grilled mushrooms!
An attractive village square location sets up a lovely evening dining experience. Attentive and friendly staff are prompt with service, the food is just as you imagined. Wild mushrooms a special treat for this one. Great selection of interesting starters has us piqued, the local house rose inexpensive and more than adequate, with a good range of local bottled wines. We’ll be back, highly recommended.
You have to try their mushroom with truffle oil, BEST mushrooms I’ve eaten in my life. I then ate spaghetti with goat, very very good as well. Located in a super cute square. Eat after sunset so the big ass wasps don’t come after your seafood (advice is good for anywhere else on the island). At the end of your meal, drink a Mastika to digest.
