Stunning location at the edge of the cliff watching the Naxos island, the villas are clean and minimal with respectful quiet during the day. The pool is big and ideal for someone that want to train it’s morning since it’s mostly empty .One of the best complex I have visited if you want to relax and escape. The staff is really friendly and descried.
great environment, excellent pool and gardens really good location if you have a car , BUT very poor management .
a big 0 (Zero) for customer service , not even a single person to be in the pool to sell 1 water 1 juice 1 coffee and they call this luxury …
Shame , it could be THE PLACE . Many other small things happened but no need to mention them since the word POOR management is enough. People who pay thousands of euros for a week they need a better customer experience than that , just add a person to serve …
and please do not add an excuse for covid 🙂 , all hotels they were open with bars working
