Very good for a two stars hotel. Absolutely impossible that they are a five star. The air condition don’t work properly, they gave us a fan to help with the warm room, is it 27 degrees out side and is colder that the room. The cleaning is not so good. The only good point is that is a big room.
This hotel was amazing. The rooms were very spacious and clean. We had both doubles and triples and both were equally spacious. They had such a fun pool area with a delicious breakfast and drinks. The location was perfect as it was in a very central location. The main shopping/eating area was within walking distance. The staff was able to help us set up many activities, rides, and recommend restaurants as well. All of their recommendations were fantastic! I would highly recommend staying here for a fun, clean, and exciting stay.
Nice hotel, though it looks towards the other side of the sunset. Front desk was very nice, and the person that helped with our bags (Mevlan, from Albania) was very serviceable and a nice person.
Breakfast was OK. We had private pools, but the water was very cold. The room was very nice and kept clean. Price is too high for what you get, though.
Visited in 2022 and loved it so much we came back in 2024. When we told the reception about this they automatically upgraded our room. All of the staff are amazing. Special mention to Merlan for the 10 star taxi from the front gates to our room.
This is my husband and I’s first time visiting Greece, with Santorini being our first stop! Our travel agent highly suggested this resort and I’m so glad we came here – even our driver from the airport was speaking so highly of the resort. The staff are so attentive and respectful. We have been travelling already for 4 weeks at this point, and our experiences in other countries have not been like this one. They were so kind and looked after us the minute we stepped foot on their premises, offered us a welcome drink and allowed us to be around the premises/pool prior to check-in (we were 5 hours early for check-in and it was beyond hot). It’s true when they say kindness goes a long way, and it’s also free. These staff, including the manager, were just so kind! We were also offered an upgrade (at a cost – which we were happy to pay) due to being on our honeymoon, and for the staff to be so kind and consider us to be upgraded just makes the already fantastic experience 1,000x more fantastic! We highly recommend Splendour Resort – it’s like being home and that’s what hubby and I needed after being away for so long. 100% will be back to Santorini just for the resort. Thank you!
