+ family ist very friendly and helpful if you need anything
+ The view is fantastic with sea view in front and mountain view on the side.

+ good room- and balcony size
– very old kitchen items that could be replaced and improved (toaster, only 2 small camping cookers instead of a proper stove, sharp knives etc) then it would be even easier to stay for more than a few nights
