  1. Friendly hosts and clean place. Good location, 10 min walk to paroikia. Decent pool but no shade in the pool area, although the outside veranda/sitting area is huge and very well equipped.
We visited during a very busy time in August and unfortunately had to stay in an underground room with no window. Very reasonably priced though.

  2. It was great value for the location but the underground rooms get kind of asphyxiating.

Of course, if you plan on being outside almost all day, it’s more than enough but if you plan on chilling in the room for a big part of the day I’d recommend the non underground rooms.

Anyways, the pool was a small plus, the location was okay since it was a ≈10 min walk from portside restaurants and there are tables in a common area to chill so that’s cool too.

  3. Nice little hotel in Paros. It is well located on a quiet street just a short walk to town and the beach, with many nice restaurants, cafes and groceries nearby. It has a nice pool and courtyard with seating, and the breakfast buffet is okay too.

  4. Would not recommend staying at Siroco’s especially if you are a solo traveler or a young woman. Two friends and I (all girls) were meant to be staying here for 4 nights, however had to leave after 2 nights due to safety concerns regarding the nightwatch man who made us feel extremely uncomfortable. The man followed us to our room on numerous occasions, waited for us in a dark corridor, and at one point was shining a lazer light into our basement room and banging on our door at 4am (despite us coming back to accommodation very quietly). When we informed the staff the next morning they were very unhelpful and refused us a refund for the 2 nights we had not yet stayed. They provided us with no alternative compensation and made excuses for the mans uncomfortable behavior. Also not to mention the room smelt like piss and was located in a basement with no window escape. The only positive part of our stay here was the great location and friendly taxi shuttle driver. However overall, would recommend steering clear.

  5. Great “budget” choice for staying close to the port of Parikia in Paros. To reach the town’s center you need 10 minutes walk but markets for food, water or other supplies are closer to the hotel. They have a driver ready to pick you up from the port or take you to it when you leave. The staff were friendly and our room was clean . There is optional breakfast but with a cost. Siroco’s lobby/backyard is cozy and a nice place to sip some coffee before you leave and there is also a small pool, which is a nice addition to the place. Overall we enjoyed our staying- 4.5/5
