An incredible hotel! The service was excellent, absolutely everyone was very polite and friendly, always greeting with a smile. The rooms are very stylish and clean. Very good location and I love the bright blue sea! There’s a lot of food to choose from and it’s delicious. Absolutely recommend to everyone.
We had a delightful stay at Sentido Unique Blue. The staff is super friendly and always going the extra mile. Providing drink advice in the restaurant and providing extra heating in case of strong wind or cold. The hotel atmosphere is amazing: refreshing and modern beach style. Only remark is that there are not many facilities in the area around the hotel. Bus service is available and it takes 20 minutes to reach the city centre. Queues at the beach bar are often a bit too long. You have to wait quite some time for drinks. They added an “Order from sunbed” service which solved most of this. Overall greatly recommended!
Service was absolutely incredible, we’ve never stayed somewhere with kinder and more attentive staff! The front desk was able to help us with so many aspects of our travel from rental cars, to arranging transportation, to packing lunches for day trips, and opening breakfast early so we could eat before our entire day of travel home. We would come back to stay at Unique Blue, the views and accommodations were breathtaking and we enjoyed our private pool room even though the water was a bit too cold for us to swim. We also took advantage of massages and facials at the spa and had a lovely and relaxing experience! The food was also delicious, but we did get a little tired of repeated buffet options by the end of our trip. On a side note, the aqua bar has one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Everything is prepared beautifully and so much ripe fruit and delicious deserts at the buffet, but also enjoy some time going out to local restaurants as well. We had the best time exploring Crete, shopping, and meeting locals, we can’t wait to come back! My only complaint is how loudly the doors to the rooms close behind you if you don’t intentionally close the door without letting it slam shut. Other guests let their doors slam shut at all hours of the day and night and would sometimes wake us up. I hope they can find a way to fix this for a much more peaceful sleep for future guests.
We had a great experience at this hotel. The location is perfect and the service was excellent. However, the buffet food was not very good and often cold. 4/5.
The stay was incredible. The hotel is beautiful and the entire staff was extraordinarily friendly. It was the staff that made our stay special and so unique. They assisted with everything from providing an early check in, making us feel like a priority, and helping us with whatever was needed. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had!
