Lovely hotel,
We came at the start of the season, never fighting for sunbeds.
All the staff go above and beyond.
We upgraded our room to a suite, which was definitely worth the money.
Great location to stay. We worked out it was cheaper to hire a car and go to excursions ourselves, which is pretty easy to do. we did the island in 2 days.
Sunset at zia is definitely a must
The only downside is the breakfast buffet wasn’t amazing – food was nice, just small selection however I’m not a breakfast person anyway.
There are some lovely restaurants along the strip to try!
I would definitely stay here again.
We were extremely lucky to win a Jet2 holiday through Kiss100 and this was the hotel where we stayed. The hotel is very clean and we had the lowest spec room, but this was perfect for us. Its a perfect location for everything in the area, loads of shops very close, car rental places close by (We used Safari who were good), very nice beach 5 minutes away, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves here. The pools were quite cold at the beginning of May, but not cold enough to stop us dipping our feet in. The staff are extremely helpful and happy to help with any request. We couldn’t of been happier staying here.
We arrived on a Monday afternoon, our room was ready straight away and we were blown away at the simplistic and stylish interior. The aircon was already on, along with the fan so it provided a safe cool space to escape the heat. There was a mini fridge, and a big bottle of water next to the kettle. We plugged our own firestick into the TV which was very easy to do, and the WiFi was more than quick enough to replicate our WiFi back home.
We had dinner most nights in the kitchen over the buffet,l choice, and it was absolutely incredible. We cannot believe it was included in the price. It definitely makes the half board plus worth the extra money!
We read in some reviews that it was difficult to get sun loungers by the pool due to people reserving them by leaving towels on them, but we didn’t experience this. We often would come back after midday and still be able to get a space by the pool. There’s also signs in the tables between the pairs of loungers politely asking not to reserve. The beach is a 2minute walk as a suitable alternative also.
Everything at the hotel is reasonably priced at both bars, and at the kitchen restaurant when having lunch at the hotel.
There is a supermarket a 10 minute walk away from the hotel that’s very reasonably priced, along with several smaller mini-markets within 1-2 minutes either side of the hotel that are more convenient. We often visited there to get drinks and snacks for our room!
There isn’t anything at the hotel that we can pick fault in. The shower in our room could do with a new shower head as the water sprayed in every direction apart from out the middle, however that’s a minor inconvenience. There are two showers located in the pool’s WC next to the toilets that we used a few times as our room was right next door.
Every single member of staff was lovely, especially the bartender at the pool bar that we spoke to most days.
Overall we would highly recommend this hotel, and are looking at coming back for a few days ourselves next year.

The cocktails were very good at the pool bar, not so much in the actual Bar, as I had a Manhattan which tasted very bitter. Although the waiter was kind of enough and asked me to change it
The cleanliness was not so good to be honest. Dusty surfaces almost everywhere, floors were not very clean aswell
All in all we had a great vacation and would love to come back again!
There are many things this hotel excels at – but nothing impressed me more than the warm, open hearted feeling given by every single team member working there. I never visited a hotel before where seeing the employees actually made each day better and contributed to a very special atmosphere that fills every part of this hotel.
The hotel itself is beautiful. A very modern place which strikes a perfect balance between simplicity and beauty. The two pools surrounded by classic wooden decking make relaxation effortless, and rarely get busy. The pool bar forms the centre of the day time swimming, with Zaharias mixing great drinks and somehow spotting every detail to look after guests, often unprompted.
On site is also what must be the best restaurant on the island – The Kitchen. Here we were treated to some truly exceptional cuisine from a team of chefs who clearly have a lot of passion for crafting unique and exceptional twists in their dishes. The food and service rivals anything you might find in the heart of London, Paris etc.
Also on site is a relaxing bar with a great vibe, good drinks menu, talented cocktail mixers and great decor. We felt very lucky that each night we could drop in for a couple of drinks on our way back to our rooms at the end of the day.
Conveniently, the hotel is also a very short walk away from the beach. We cannot wait to visit again in 2022
