We were there as a family with 2 adults and 2 children in summer 2021 and it was fantastic. The villa is very well equipped, it has a lot of space and it is super located. The town centre of Chania is a 15min walk at the most. But also directly in the immediate vicinity there is a bakery, a supermarket, a coffee shop and much more. The host Josef is very approachable and helpful. We can recommend the Seafalios Villa 100%.
As soon as we arrived, Martha had arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport, and greeted us at the door on arrival. Such a wonderful host, she has been very considerate and accommodating throughout our stay however has made an effort not to be intrusive.
Seafalios villa is very spacious and full of traditional charm. The pool and balcony areas are wonderful, the photos do not do them justice. The villa is located in a quiet, affluent part part of Chania, only a 15 minute walk (20mins with children) to the old town, which in itself is marvellous with a magnificent harbour.
There is also a lovely bakery only a few doors down from the villa, and a square with great bars, restaurants, a supermarket and a playground only a 5 minute walk away. There is a large playground opposite the villa also, overlooked by the balcony area. It has been a pleasure to stay here, and Chania itself is a delight.
All in all, seafalios villa has been a wonderful place to stay in Chania. We will definitely be recommending Martha and her villa to friends and family. Thank you.
