The hotel has seen better days. Breakfast is a bit mediocre and at 9.58 they switch the coffee machine off. Wifi is sometimes a bit erratic.
Staff is friendly, rooms are old but clean. The location is central, shops and harbour are in walking distance.
Stairs at the entrance make it a bit tricky for handicapped people.
Locking at the price, friendly staff and location it gets three stars from me (rated as a two star hotel).
Excellent location, vfm. Ok rooms with a simple breakfast. Cleaning is fine. Bad soundproofing. Breakfast from 6-10 which is perfect if you have to catch an early flight or boat.
Warning bed bugs!
The rooms are quite dirty with dust in every corner. Suddenly I saw a bed bug running around. I searched a round and was disgusted by how dirty everything is and then I found ne bed bug nest.
The receptionist was friendly and canceled our booking but it seamed like that that news wasn’t new for him.
Be carful guys, check your room carefully first before you open your luggage.

If the cleaners would have cleaned the room properly and especially made the bed properly they would have spot it easily.
Very old and shabby building, they do not show the real deal on booking com but they may give you rooms in the middle of the building with no view, very small bathroom no cubicle or shower curtains, slippery floor tilings, a miniature sink, humid, flies everywhere. The wardrobe doors wont open because there s a dresser in front of the wardrobe.. The breakfast is weak, they boil the eggs till the yellows are black..Coffee is a joke. And there is an old night shift worker quite rude to ladies. Do think twice, and buyer beware!!
Great location for our visit and would be for those wanting to access the old town and bus routes etc.
Room was slightly clumsy with regards to beds and bathroom but I’m nit picking. We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was great.
I would stay again, definitely.
