It all started with the wonderful young lady by the name of Penny….
First impressions last forever.
She noticed our car entering the establishment and came outside and greeted us…
First time in all of our hotels stays during our tour of Europe.
Then she quickly got through the formalities of checking in and then personally went and checked our hotel room to see if everything was to the standard of the venue.
She then proceeded by giving the whole family a tour of the room and explained all that needed to be said.
This was our final leg of our 6 week European tour…
What a hotel and host to spend it with…

We absolutely loved our stay at SantAnna. The rooms and pool were stunning but the highlight was the staff who were so welcoming and helpful. We stayed for a full week and it was a great landing point to explore the island in a car without being in the hustle of the more touristy places.
Where to begin?
Impeccable service from arrival – to sharing the best activities, arranging cars, cabs to dinner etc. The service is first class – and genuine.
Every staff member from the bartender to the front desk staff, and service staff – cleaners, and from the gentleman who brought us breakfast each morning – were absolutely delightful.
Our trip would NOT have been the same had we stayed elsewhere – the team here was very intentional about making sure we had the best visit.
The location of these suites are also impeccable. Quiet, overlooking the ocean – yet close to everything.
You can either walk or catch a ride to dinner just a few minutes up the road for the most scenic sunset ever.

Such an amazing resort! Location and views are beautiful. The receptionists, staff and bartender are all extremely welcoming and friendly. Food and service are impeccable.
We had a wonderful stay at SantAnna. The service is exceptional, and we specifically loved Penny and Vaggelis, but everyone on the staff was very nice. Breakfast is served to your room every morning and is homemade. The best breakfast we’ve had at a hotel. We would recommend SantAnna to anyone looking for a relaxed place to vacation at in Santorini.
