  1. Sitting across from my partner at Safran’s charming window seat surrounded by dripping pink bougainvillea to one side and tasteful decor on the other set the tone for a wondrous evening ahead. A feast for the senses – every detail carefully crafted – fresh from the farm ingredients – and hospitality second to none. Juicy watermelon salad with roasted cherry tomatoes – alive with candied melon and spearmint leaves fresh from the garden. White fish ceviche – a fairytale lilly pond of bright and unexpected flavours, and finally, perfectly prepared calamari. My mouth waters at the memory. My partner had delicious little spanakopita bundles fragrantly topped with whipped yoghurt and citrus, and smoky eggplant pasta with flavours telling stories of sunshine in Paros and attentive caretakers. We felt that same care from the moment we entered this magical establishment. Dining here was truly a highlight on our first visit to Paros and we are already dreaming of the next time. We would highly recommend treating yourself and your loved ones to this most delightful experience. Thank you again and much gratitude for the many gluten free options.

  2. Our second visit to this restaurant after a break of 4 years due to not traveling. So glad we came back to try some of the other menu offerings. What an absolute delight. The food is not only fantastic In presentation but delicious as well. The staff and owner are so welcoming and attentive without being overbearing. We had 6 entrees & mains all up and all were a treat. The wines we had were also very good even tho the grape varieties are a mystery to us.

  3. My favorite spot so far in Paros! 1000% recommended from the get go their manager was super nice (even though we didnt have any reservation) we ordered the ceviche (as good and as fresh as the one I ate in Peru!) greek salad and feta croquettes . By chance we had an amazing albanian server who was super helpful – they had a special that night and ordered lamb osso buco which was divine . And finally finished with greek coffee (for some reason a-lot of restaurants refuse to give greek coffee after 7pm for turnaround time to be minimized) and an amazing chocolate pudding. Also one and only restaurant we did not feel pushed and shoved to match with time brackets each meal come with correct amount of time and even we got asked (!) if we want our main dish to be prepared after we received our starters. (This to me is a real fine dining experience)
Overall 10/10 experience food quality and service. Price point was way lower than the most known restaurants like barbarossa (never again as acouple- it was horrible I felt like we got ripped off )
Thank you so much again for Alenia team for recommending it to us (alex go to their shops one for home decor one for jewellery they are amazing too)

  4. We had the greatest time here, the owner and tall waiter are incredibly polite and hospitable. Positive, welcoming people who care about the experience of their customers. Linguine with shrimps was super delicious! Grilled calamari too 👌🏼

  5. THE place to visit in Paros for flavorful and fresh Greek food, incredibly attentive service, and a great time.

The food truly stands out in every way. I was able to see and select the exact sea bass that I wanted, and could taste how fresh it was. The cheese in the bread dip comes fresh from the restaurant’s farm. The caponata’s taste and presentation was phenomenal. You will leave with all of your 5 senses satisfied.

The service is incredible as the staff were so helpful and friendly. The staff filleted the fish in front of us with great skill and precision. The owner came over to explain the food and top up anything we needed. We felt truly valued as customers.

Would highly recommend all of the dishes we had.
