Gorgeous hotel with lovely pool and garden. The staff are all lovely, and willing to help.
The rooms with kitchen are a bit lacking in kitchen though. One pan two forks and one knife is not enough if you wanted to self cater.
I loved my week there and would go back without hesitation. 🙂
friendly staff and amazing services. the hotel is very clean and well kept, and the family running the facility is very helpful. we stayed on the upper floor, and the room was quite pleasant, with satisfying furnishing and space for comfort. will definitely book again!
Little necessary premise, what you are going to read is about my personal experience.
Let’s start with A/C additional cost found out at check-in. Not an enormous cost, but 9€ each day when outside it’s 35 C degrees are not an optional cost but are a life-saving cost, at least at night P.S. when I booked the room, A/C was included in the offer.
But let’s talk about the room. Was it nearly similar to room pictures of Booking? Absolutely not. One of the most terrible room I’ve ever seen in my life. Extremely small, pillows and bedcovers dirty, a fridge as bedside table, a cooking hob over the fridge which breaks every safety rule possible. It smells like a nursing home and mortuary mixed together. The sink was dirty and the spoon, forks and knifes as well. The bathroom guess what? Dirty. Sand over the board of wc. A little window which faces the common hallway of the hotel.
Nobody demands expensive and luxury forniture of course, I know the hotel that I chose. But the cleanliness is the ABC of hospitality in EVERY hotel, B&B, host apartments. From 1 to 5 stars.

Don’t get fooled by the nice lobby! This hotel has terrible beds, disgusting smelly bathrooms and you have to argue with the staff if you arrive after sunset and want warm water for your shower.
Maybe they should have put some money towards an extra mattress on the beds instead of renovating and making the lobby look fancy.
Arriving to your room feels like you’ve really been cheated.
Nice hotel in an olive grove. We chose this hotel because it was close to our daughter but it turned out to be an excellent location, a 20 minute walk from the centre and beach but itself in a quiet location. The public areas have been recently nicely upgraded, the rooms are nice, the pool lovely. Both of our rooms needed the shower rooms upgrading as they were unintentional wet rooms. The hotel is apparently run by 3 branches of the family as there were different people on reception each day. What let’s the Rose down is the on demand breakfast which is haphazard in what is provided and even more variable in what we were charged – they insisted on cash payment.
Overall a very good experience. Rooms were cleaned daily and the price was very reasonable.
