Very disappointed to be told they don’t have a single iron in the whole hotel. Can’t understand how a 5 star hotel can’t have an iron. We arrived and had very little time to get ready for dinner. We both needed to iron a shirt and dress but were told by reception staff very frankly they don’t have a single iron in the building for use of the customers. Stayed here for a week at the beginning of October. Beautiful hotel and equally all the staff. Lovely setting considered its pretty much in the town of Rhodes. 3 min walk and your in the old town, equally the same for the main town. Pool side is well kept and also has a lifeguard (just in case). Would visit here again. Well done everyone, keep up the great work. Forgot to mention, Breakfast is a huge buffet of everything you can desire.
Excellent hotel just outside of the old town. As Mentioned in other reviews, the breakfast is exceptional, with many healthy chooses.
The pool area is also lovely if you are not wanting to head to the beach. Walking distance to many beaches.
Rooms are comfortable, clean, but on the small size. The only negative is the size of the bathroom, it’s insanely small! We could not lift the toilet seat with hitting the toilet paper! Only just enough room for one person in the bathroom at a time.
Stand out is the staff, especially the lady who works at the front desk. Her multi tasking skills were impressive. She was always positive and nothing was a problem. All the other staff were also lovely, cheerful, remember your coffee order in the mornings.

We loved this hotel. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfast is opulent, the food very god. The location is excellent, close to the Old Town and the shopping district, in a calm,tree-lined street.
