  1. Sold a lie. This is such a poor hotel that should be no where near a 5 star. If you are planning to book, just bare in mind that all-inclusive only means you have access to one awful bar and one awful restaurant. The other restaurants and bars require you to pay for “ultra” which still means you don’t have access to everything as the restaurants are fully booked and some drinks you still have to pay for.

The rooms are very basic. We had a garden suite which meant we had to get in a small van to drive us up to our rooms – it’s ridiculous!

The staff appear unmotivated and rude. They are just a conveyor belt for people even in the “exclusive” bars where they started just giving up paper cups!

There are no where near enough sunbeds. The sunbeds are mostly broken and you’re LUCKY to get a bed with a cushion on it.

I would NOT recommend this place, nor would I come back here. The only positives was that it was beautiful weather in a good location for the airport.

  2. I travelled here with my three year old son and I can honestly say this is nowhere near a 5 star hotel. The hotel appearance is good but the room I stayed in was very dated and dirty. The toilet lid kept falling on us every time we used the bathroom, reported and nothing….which is a recurring theme. The air conditioner was extremely loud, the cleaners never cleaned, even when asked! The alcohol was watered down and they only had one bar. The restaurant was policed as soon as you walk in, creating huge queue. The food was standard, no variation for the whole time of stay, no one even came over to ask if you needed a drink! There was no kids entertainment only a play centre and she was honestly the only nice staff member I met. Every other staff member was rude, dismissive or felt bothered you was talking to them. They claimed to have a park which was located in a forest at the back of the hotel which consisted of one slide and a swing covered in cobwebs. The slide is dangerous and had my son flying off into the pits of stones and rocks and he was injured. When mentioned to staff members, again no concern or action taken. The evening entertainment was okay, drinks were watered down. One of the bar staff kept harassing another lady I met there, then coincidently her safe in her room was broken into and passports taken. (Not saying it was him, but it does seem fishy). Just to have your personal belongings taken out of your room in general is terrible. There is a beach across the road but it is stone one, very disappointing. I literally took a cab to the other side of the island to enjoy a sandy beach. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, the staff are dismissive and the lady who sits at the front and takes ‘all your concerns/complaints down’ does absolutely nothing. This is a poor basic excuse for a hotel and should be a 2-3 star hotel.

  3. Awful place. The room was not as advertised. The staff were rude and awkward. The place looked like it had been transported from the 1970s. Little or no information given by the staff. And do not think that All Inclusive means you can use all the facilities. You need to pay an extra €350 a week for ultra all inclusive to be able to use all bars and restaurants. All Inclusive only gets you access to 1 bar and 1 restaurant. Absolutely shocking. Housekeeping would only do a full clean when it suited and even took the towels without replacing them so no towels. Awful place. Steer well clear of this place.

  4. I am currently staying at this location. Despite some initial concerns raised by other reviews, I have found them to be unfounded. Our garden flat offers a stunning view of the sea, just as depicted in the photos. We were informed upon arrival that it is the largest room available, and indeed it is spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities such as toiletries, towels, and cleanliness. One small suggestion would be to have complimentary water bottles in the fridge, a thoughtful touch that would be appreciated by guests.

The food at the establishment was delightful, with a wide variety and plenty of vegetables. The desserts were particularly outstanding. We opted for the all-inclusive package, which provided us with ample food options from various cuisines. While some reviews mentioned perceived rudeness from the restaurant staff, I found them to be professional considering the long hours they work. I noticed the same waiter serving us during breakfast and dinner, which must be challenging for them. The evening shows were enjoyable, featuring talented artists.

My only criticism concerns a special request for my 4-year-old son’s birthday celebration. We had asked Luca, the animator team leader to include a birthday song for him during the kids’ disco event from 9:00 pm to 9:30 pm. Unfortunately, they forgot to fulfil this request, leaving my little boy crying and disappointed as he was looking forward to celebrating with his new friends. Despite this oversight, I have no other complaints regarding the animation team.

I hope this revised review captures my overall positive experience at the establishment, with constructive feedback for improvement.

  5. We stayed at the hotel for seven days and the only thing I have to say is that it is not five stars.

First, our room was so old that wasn’t safe at all. The electrical sockets were damaged and not convenient for charging a phone, posing a risk of electric shock .
Have you ever seen a hotel room without lights? Don’t worry, you’ll find it here. Our room had only a bedside lamp as the main lighting, which was dirty and broken. We booked a double bed and they gave us a room with two singles, which shows no respect for the guests’ choices.

Our bathroom was old with rust in several places, and the windows didn’t had proper security, meaning they wouldn’t close.
I am ashamed to say that this hotel is five stars!
You will never find a place to sit in the pool area You have to go to early .

And now let’s talk about the bar that you have access for all inclusive.
watered drinks , coffees the same and when you ask for water they give you only warm!
but the main thing is the rude staff. they serve you ready to kill you because you went to ask for something that you have paid for your own stay!
Especially the lady with the dark brown hair who is there every day she is not able to do this job she is completely disrespectful by criticising people who must serve !
About the main restaurant we had only two days really good food . The other days had the same food cold and not tasty , glasses were always smelly and the drinks with weird taste but something that really made me angry is that the staff is criticising the guests , don’t think that everyone that is coming from abroad don’t understand your language . This is ridiculous for five star hotel to criticise other people and being that rude . Blonde lady in the reception as well ironic!
The managers are trying to improve the situation but it seems they can’t! sorry for this review but the hotel urgently needs other hands to take over the situation
