We stayed at the Rochari for the 4th time. Staff are outstanding, so friendly and helpful. Rooms excellent, we received an unasked for upgrade, which was wonderful. There is a real community spirit with so many guests welcomed back as friends, and very diverse groups of people all mixing happily. Great atmosphere, great location and great staff. We will be back.
We loved our stay at this hotel. The breakfast was outstanding. Hotel was immaculate and very clean. All the staff were so helpful, friendly, and couldn’t do enough for you. The standard of service was exceptional. Highly recommend. Thank you for a brilliant stay.
My first visit to Mykonos was in 1991 and by chance my travel companion had booked us at the Rochari. I have returned to Mykonos multiple times over the years and while I have stayed at other hotels (Panthea Residence), I have never regretted staying at the Rochari. Over the past 30+ years, the owners of the Rochari have built an incredibly comfortable hotel that provides an impeccable level of customer service. When they reference the “Rochari Experience” it is indeed a wonderful atmosphere. the experience is indeed, exceptional. While so much has changed over the years, the constant is kindness and care in service. This hotel employs an army of people—there is always someone nearby to help.
While everyone I have interacted with has been so pleasant and attentive, what I have noticed is that there is a visible camaraderie amongst the staff, a lot of chatting and laughing that seems to mean a good work environment. I have always said that any job has its ups and downs but it’s the coworkers that make it bearable. And a happy, satisfied, staff reflects well on the people who employ them.
While you could spend less to stay on Mykonos, you would never have a better experience than the Rochari Experience.
I ended up staying at Rochari the day I cancelled from another terrible hotel. Once I arrived there I was offered fresh water to help me relax. My luggage were taken to my room. I requested a lawn chair for my garden/sea view room and oh it helped unwind! This place is quiet luxury, so clean, smells good. The staff was very attentive. The lobby boutique is lovely!
Loved this hotel!! The location couldn’t be better, the staff is so friendly and helpful, and the room was great!
Only one suggestion: the shower box / glass wasn’t wide enough , so the water coming from the shower was almost flooding the entire bathroom. It wasn’t a big deal, I put some towels on the floor and it was fine. but making this change would improve the experience!
