Fantastic accommodation modern spacious immaculately clean. Towels & bedding changed regularly. Kitchen equipment is a bit sparce but if you ask at reception they will give you what’s required. The pool is great plenty of very comfortable sunbeds. Pool bar is fantastic again immaculately clean food brilliant with plenty of variety. Florin who works day shift is amazing nothing is too much trouble. Dave on evening shift is great too All in all highly recommend this accommodation
Great place with a great value. Big kitchen + a living room and a bathroom. Very clean and nice. Cozy atmosphere by the pool and in a local bar. I will be happy to come back. 7 minutes walk to the beach and to the restaurants.
Absolutely fabulous apartments,5 min walk to main beach road with all the restaurants and bars..lots of shopping and good supermarket..rooms are immaculate. Lovely pool and bar..everyone very helpful..cleaning staff are first class..only problem is getting booked in as they have regulars who have been going for years..just book you will not be disappointed.
This is the worst hotel we’ve ever experienced. To begin with, the description of the hotel and the room itself is misleading. The location is terrible; the hotel sits on a very busy, dirty, noisy and unpleasant road. The “private” parking is actually on a road outside the hotel. The so-called full kitchen consists of nothing more than a rusty, old hot plate that short-circuited twice the moment we attempted to use it. The manager was rude and refused to acknowledge that their advertising was misleading. Additionally, they wanted to charge us extra for absolutely everything, including using the air conditioning, pool towels, and the safety deposit box, all of which were supposed to be included in our booking.
Our stay there was so dreadful that we ended up leaving halfway through. These people should be ashamed of the abysmal service they provide and of attempting to deceive people into staying at such a horrendous place. Stay far away from Rainbow Apartments.
a horrible experience. Their advertaising says they porvide many things they dont, so dont be fooled by these thieves (no full kitchen, no hot tub, no BBQ faciliaties, no air con unless you pay for it, no towels unless you pay for them, no lock box unless you pay for them).
There was a huge electricity fault (twice in an hour) that left us without electricity and with a burnt hand and the manager did not care, did not want to move us rooms and even got angry with us and lied. Terrible terrible experience. We said that if they could not change us room we wanted to leave and she said there were no refunds or money back. Do not go to this horrible place.
