  1. Complete disappointment.
The hotel staff is friendly, but very poorly organized. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel itself is highly questionable, considering it is a four-star hotel.
We had constant issues with the water or water pressure, where the water often didn’t flow, making showering impossible. Due to the poorly cleaned drain, we frequently had flooding in the room. The humidity in the room was unbearable, and it was impossible to sleep without leaving the window open, which caused a swarm of mosquitoes to enter the room. The air conditioning unit is directly above the bed, and the filters were clearly not cleaned, causing unpleasant odors in the room.
During our stay, there was a power outage. The repair took more than 8 hours, during which time the room was inaccessible, and the reception staff was not informed about the progress of the work.
Despite making a prior reservation for dinner, we often had to wait for a table. The prices of drinks are exorbitant. The food, however, is fresh and tasty. The location is very poor and remote. I do not recommend it.

  2. Excellent hotel that feels like a boutique designer hotel, rather than a generic Radisson. The benefits of being part of a large chain are obvious in the attention to detail and extremely attentive service. The pool area is gorgeous, the grounds are beautifully landscaped and it even has its own tiny church.

  3. While the hotel looks nice and has some commendable aspects, there are significant areas that need improvement, particularly in room comfort, dining service, and staff training. Overall, it did not feel like staying in a four-star hotel.
The hotel has a pleasant and appealing exterior, with well-maintained grounds and a welcoming lobby. The overall look is quite nice and creates a positive first impression.
However, the room itself presented some challenges. It was very humid, making it difficult to breathe comfortably without airing it out regularly. Unfortunately, opening the balcony doors to improve ventilation led to an influx of mosquitos. Using the air conditioning was also problematic as it blew directly onto the bed, creating an uncomfortable sleeping environment.

Dining at the hotel was another area of concern. Each time we dined in, the wait times were excessively long. On average, we waited a minimum of 40 minutes for our meals. During our last meal, the wait extended to over 1.5 hours, which was quite frustrating. (We were the only customers in the restaurant at the time).

Our mornings were consistently disrupted by loud noises from housekeepers smacking doors. This, combined with the light from the exit/emergency sign, made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

The staff appeared inexperienced and seemed to lack the proper training expected in a four-star hotel. Their service did not meet the standards typically associated with such a rating.

Despite these issues, there were some positives. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping our room spotless. Additionally, the breakfast was good and tasty, providing a bright spot in our overall stay.

  4. This hotel is very clean and the stuff was friendly but kind of unprepared or untrained. When we first came to the hotel, we ordered cocktails and one of them was a Mojito (quite famous I guess). It looked like they were just looking at the recipes then, we waited a long time and the waiter said “it’s her special recipe”, it was all a disappointment.
This started happening on a daily basis. When we ordered something, we usually waited more than 40 minutes for a snack at the pool, and in the end it wasn’t even good.

The breakfast is very nice, there are many options and I enjoyed it.

The room looked very nice, but it was noisy. The air conditioner makes constant noise. You can clearly hear people from the corridor or other rooms. Every morning we were woken up by someone’s alarm clock. This really upset me. The evacuation light in the room is quite bright, so it appears as if the light is on.

The water in the hotel is not drinkable, but we did not get water. I also found the water in the shower to be a bit salty. I felt it while I was brushing my teeth.

Overall, I liked the beaches and the island overall, but this hotel was not up to the expected standard for a 4 star.

  5. Great place, especially if you like spending time within the hotel amenities! The swimming pool is stunning and it’s really worth trying it!
A couple of things that could be improved: a) Curtains do not fit/cover totally to the windows and bright sun gets in the room, b) AC in our room was quite loud in our room, it sounded like wind was coming through it but I cannot be sure, so have a look at that. C) King size beds are actually of a double size D) Finally, I believe you should start providing rooms with “summer blankets” that are way too useful when AC is on during sleep 🙂🙂
