The location was fine for us as we knew it was near the airport – there is a nice restaurant over the road and more options as you walk near the airport so I give 5/5.
The room itself was really nice overall, cleaned daily, however it was quite a dark room (the shutters for the window were locked), so I give 4/5.
The issue is the service, and i’m going to be nice and give 2/5…
– Reception staff rarely seem to be onsite.
– We had an issue whereby no water was running for the ‘hot tub’ in the room, but as no staff around I had to Whatsapp the owner. It did get resolved, but nearly 4 hours later. I think they could have left something for us in the room as a sorry for that.
– there is no option to buy food onsite – they advertised food online.
– the bar was closed – they advertised drink/coffee online. There was also no kettle or coffee machine in the room.
It just feels quite odd really, and it’s a shame as the service let’s the place down, so I give 3/5.
I chose Queen Boutique Suites because my flight from Athens to Mykonos landed close to midnight. The hotel has a very convenient location being only a few minutes walk from the airport terminal.
The hotel itself is lovely, with a nice grounds and a good size swimming pool. I did a few swims in the middle of the night !
Room are large compared to what you usually get in Greece and all have an outside patio. Location is good to catch the bus from the airport to the port and avoid paying a crazy fare to local taxi drivers. I just can’t believe they charge 40€. It’s a pure rip off.
I did not meet Katherina in person but she is very attentive to the well-being of her clients.
The room rate was reasonable at the beginning of October.
All in all a nice place to stay. I do recommend.
Beautiful, well designed and clean suites in a peaceful location near the airport and not so far from the centre and amazing beaches. Also, the pool is perfect for relaxing and enjoy the sun.

Perfect service by Alexandra at all times. Extremely clean everywhere and the hotel has good and cheap options for breakfast and food all day. Short walk from the airport and you can rent a car beside of the hotel. I think is better to stay there a bit away from the town cause is calm and quiet.
Visited this place already twice and I will visit it again this August and October. I will start with the quality of cleaning services. TOP….even the most demanding moms would approve.
Quality of services….5*…just speak with Katerina, Giannis or Alexandra and they will assist you on anything.
Friendliness of crew…unbeatable! Exactly what you expect from a family business which runs with customer satisfaction and care as the primary concern of the owners.
