The walk in the water was a little tough, need to take shoes. Some parts you have to swim so don’t take anything with you. The water is not so clear and some parts you use ropes to go through. Very nice walk … can take 40min to an hour…
A very nice short walk to the waterfalls. We really recommend taking water-shoes, it’s almost impossible to reach all 3 waterfalls without them. It’s about 30 min trip from the first to the last waterfall and back through the river.
Nice walk to the waterfalls, running water through the whole walk. Bridges made to cross over the creek. Very green and scenic. Bring bug spary though!
This is the entry on Potami coast and it’s easier to find but it’s still not that obvious. Let’s assume you find the entry, you start hiking which is a nice hiking path. When you reach the end, you don’t see the waterfalls because you have to get in the water & swim. If you don’t have swimsuits on, you can’t see the waterfalls (we couldn’t either) 🙁
There’s a beautiful restaurant / cafe on top of the valley. You can either drive there or there’re crazy stairs up to it from the bottom of the valley (see the pics). We chose the stairs because why not 🙂
Enjoy the view and don’t give up!
An adventurous place that I recommend when you are on Samos. Here you have to follow the river up to catch all the waterfalls. There is also a cozy restaurant. One can also climb a flight of stairs to reach the halfway point. We saw turtle and fish on the way.
