The Location and equipment of the hotel is great, the staff is amazing – friendly, professional and always helpful, food is delicious. In short: one of the best places to relax by the sea.
I highly recommend booking the Cretan Massage in the SPA area of the hotel. Helena from the SPA team helped me choose this type of massage and it was the best recommendation for me. Big thanks to John, the massage therapist: it was by far the best massage I have had in a very long time!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, particularly because of the wide sandy beach and warm sea. The food was also delicious and varied, which added to our pleasant experience.
However, the occasional smell of sewage in the room and outside was quite off-putting and even caused nausea at times, which dampened our stay a bit. Additionally, we had a couple of evenings without hot water in the room, but this issue was resolved promptly after contacting the reception.
Overall, despite these issues, the hotel is quite good.
Stunning hotel. Service is exceptional, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are great especially the beach front rooms, even have a view of snow topped Mount Olympus!
The room is checked and cleaned if needed daily. The hotel is right on the beach so you can either take a dip in the pool or the sea. Food is amazing, such a variety with a selection that covers all nationalities. The desserts look and taste amazing. Can thoroughly recommend and will definitely be back. I stayed here in August 2022 for two weeks with my husband and five-year-old son.
This hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed in; it is gorgeous.
We stayed in a superior double with a side sea view. It was a lovely, airy room with great facilities and more than enough space for the three of us. We had views over the gardens to the sea.
Each room is individually accessed from outside; it was so peaceful.
The cleaning team went in every day, and it was spotless. They also topped up the mini-fridge and snacks each day.
It was peak holiday season when we were there, but it didn’t feel busy as the hotel is spread out and spacious.
The restaurant and seating area at night showed you that the hotel was busy when more people were in one place, but there was still space to find a table in both.
The staff were professional, warm, and helpful.
The food in the restaurant was fabulous! I don’t usually eat dessert, but they looked so beautiful I couldn’t resist, and they tasted as good as they looked.
The beach is lovely soft sand and well looked after by the hotel. There are water sports available, which my husband and son used on more than one occasion.
The view over the gulf is beautiful, especially at sunset from the beach or roof terrace.
My son went to the kids’ club a few times. There weren’t many children using it, maybe because it wasn’t very well advertised, but he had a great time, and we could relax knowing he was being well looked after.
We made use of the hotel’s complimentary shuttle bus to two different towns nearby for a wander around.
We also booked a hire car that reception recommended, and we explored the peninsula as well as Thessaloniki, which is well worth a visit.
I would definitely go back to this hotel; we had such a lovely holiday. Thank you to all the staff who work so hard to look after the hotel and its guests.
One of the best holidays we have been on. We went all inclusive and it was perfect for a relaxing stay. Staff are so friendly, kind and professional. Food was exceptional. Bars were well stocked and special thanks all bar staff. This hotel I would definitely say is 5*. Will return.
