We visited this restaurant multiple times on our vacation and the food was great every time. The staff was very friendly and the food was ready very fast. The lamb meat especially was delicious. The staff was also very helpful with my food sensitivities.
Looks good from the outside but for us it wasn’t really good.
The tomato soup as a starter was delicous. Then we had the octopus and the mixed grill plate. The octopus was good but the salat wasn’t good (just a green salat with a sauce on it). On the grill plate the meat was on the french fries so they got wet/oily and didn’t taste good (the french fries that came with the octopus also weren’t nice, they tasted like they have been warmed in oil twice). All in one the food was ,,okey” but we wouldn’t go there again. The service was mostly friendly, but another problem for us (as non-smokers) was, that the people where smoking nearly everywhere. So for us something like this (when eating) is horrific.
What a great place to eat. We stayed at the Agapi Beach Hotel and booked for our final night to eat at Petousis Restaurant. I’m so glad we did. Made to feel welcome. Had a reduced menu to choose 2 starters, 1 salad to share, and 1 main. Water at the table and a free beer, wine, or soft drink.
The food was tasty and plenty to eat.
Even though we couldn’t eat it all, a complimentary shot of Raki followed by some desert.
Well worth going.
Great atmosphere and amazing quality Greek food, very tasty and big portions. Our waiter Kostas was very nice.
I’m tempted to give 5 stars alone on the indoor playground for the kids which allowed us to eat in peace for the first time on our trip 🙂 The food was delicious and very well priced. We had many dishes including the Greek salad, moussaka, garlic bread and the mixed platter all were very good.
