Lovely Pool Area, Rooms clean and simple. Peter is a good guy and very friendly 😊
Peter was very welcoming to non residents. Good selection of drinks and spotlessly clean. We’ll worth a visit.
The accommodation is basic but extremely clean – couldn’t fault it at all. Peter and the rest of the team (Lynn and Martin )were brilliant and always on hand if you needed anything from things for your room or ideas of where to visit.
The apartments are a five or so minute easy walk ( depending on your speed ) to the beach , shops , bars and restaurants – you can take your pick as they’re all priced around the same and all fabulous.
I will most definitely be making another trip to Kardamena and Kool pool.
We didn’t stay at the accommodation but we used the pool and the bar because we were told we had free access there. The staff was so rude, the barista totally humiliated us. We got there at 18:15, and it was written that the pool is closing at 20:00. He told us we could only use the pool till 19.00 because he will clean it that time. We were okay with this. He told us that we had 5 mins left at 18:42. Okay. We left the pool and lied on the sunbeds to chill and get dry. After a few minutes, he said that we had to leave our beds and go to the bar, which wouldn’t have been a problem but he spoke in the speaker so everyone could hear, when he could have just told us normally. Then came the worst part. We were just leaving the place, when he stopped us. His words were like: “this place is not for washing and don’t come here anymore at this time. We close at 19.00 and the pool is for myself”. He spoke in an unacceptable tone of voice, and everyone heard it so it was very humiliating. It was written outside that the place is open till 20.00, why can’t we stay 1-2 hours? And we got out of the pool as he said, we don’t understand why he got mad at us. The opening time is really confusing. And we did nothing wrong, but this man ruined our mood. Apart from this, the place is really pretty.
Was recommended this place by friends and can see why. Very close to shops, beach, restaurants and everything you need. Not too noisy at night. Facilities are more than ok. Loads of sunbed. Well stocked bar food not expensive and very nice for breakfast and bar snacks. Peter, wife and family extremely friendly nothing too much trouble. We will be going back ideal for couples, groups, young children….. I took a 16 yr old and she loved it
